David Vardanyan is awarded the Jorge Mañá Award 2025!

 

The WLN Board are delighted to announce the second winner of the Jorge Mañá Award 2025!

Congratulations to David Vardanyan (Mikinski and Partners Law Office, Sofia).

The winner’s grant will support David in spending time with fellow WLN member firm Bufete Mañá-Krier-Elvira in Barcelona.

We thank all applicants for their time and efforts and encourage those unsuccessful this time round to reapply when the next application window for the 2026 Award opens this winter.

Background: the Jorge Mañá Young Lawyers Award is an annual grant made by WLN to a lawyer under the age of 35 who is employed by a WLN member firm. Jorge Mañá Argüelles was a valued colleague, friend and partner in WLN, who died tragically after a skiing accident in spring 2009 at the age of 41. The WLN Board promotes the Award in memory of Jorge and as a symbol for the good relationships in the network which lie at the heart of satisfying and prosperous business.
