Warwick Legal Network Announces Appointments to Its Board of Directors

Warwick Legal Network (WLN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jackie Wu of Long An Law Firm, China; J. Christopher Erb of White and Williams LLP, United States; Carlo Gurioli of bureau Plattner, Italy; and Mario Van Santvoort of Everest, Belgium, to its Board of Directors.

Jackie Wu and J. Christopher Erb join the Board for their first terms, while Carlo Gurioli and Mario Van Santvoort continue their service for another term. All four have been valued members of the WLN community for many years, contributing their professional expertise, international perspective and longstanding commitment to the network.

Jackie Wu | Long An Law Firm | China

Jackie Wu is a Senior Partner at Long An Law Firm. Her practice includes cross-border transactions, investment structuring, international regulatory compliance and advising Chinese businesses on their overseas expansion and complex cross-jurisdictional matters.

A Global Executive MBA alumna of China Europe International Business School, she was listed as a panellist at the China-EU Anniversary Forum & 2026 CEIBS Innovation Forum in Beijing.

J. Christopher Erb | White and Williams LLP | United States

J. Christopher Erb is Counsel at White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia. His practice encompasses international corporate and commercial matters, advising businesses operating in the United States on technology law, data privacy and cybersecurity.

He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law and as a director and officer of the German-American Chamber of Commerce.

Carlo Gurioli | bureau Plattner | Italy

Carlo Gurioli is an Equity Partner at bureau Plattner, specialising in domestic and international corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial matters and energy law. The Legal 500 identifies him as one of the practice heads of the firm’s commercial, corporate and M&A practice.

His professional standing is further reflected in contributions to Chambers and Partners’ commentary on the Italian M&A market and The Legal 500’s 2026 comparative guide to private equity in Italy.

Mario Van Santvoort | Everest | Belgium

Mario Van Santvoort is a co-founder of Everest and managing partner, drawing on more than 25 years of legal practice. He is member of the Brussels and Antwerp Bar and represents clients before all courts in Belgium. He advises companies and entrepreneurs on a broad range of legal matters, including company law, international arbitration and mediation, and real estate law.

He graduated cum laude from the prestigious KU Leuven in 2000, and holds an additional master’s degree in business law from the University of Antwerp. He also completed part of his studies at the University of Rennes in France.
